He has experience maintaining and managing estates as large as 16,000 sq feet. From replacing A/C filters, to maintaining your boilers, to fixing a leaky faucet, there is nothing that goes wrong in your home that Tyler can't fix. He handles all electrical, plumbing, and handyman needs your home requires. Tyler also has extensive knowledge and skills in all aspects of construction. Along with maintaining and managing properties, Tyler also has a crew that he has relocated along with him from Long Island that handles all additions, new construction, renovations, and remodeling projects. As if his property management and construction company weren't enough, Tyler was responsible for overseeing millions of square feet of some of the most prestigious portfolios in New York City as an overnight Licensed Engineer and Building Manager. Tyler also holds a long list of Professional Engineer Licenses throughout New York City and State. Tyler's work ethic is truly like none other.
