With years of experience maintaining, renovating, and managing prestigious estates as large as 16,000 square feet—while overseeing millions of square feet in NYC as a Licensed Engineer—Tyler brought a "City Time" work ethic to the country. When we relocated to the Catskills in 2020, the original plan was to scale back and focus on property management. However, our deep background in high-end remodeling and gut renovations meant that excellence was hard to dial back. Our clients quickly realized that our expertise went far beyond maintenance; we brought the specialized skills required for complex additions and luxury restorations. What started as a "retirement" from the fast lane organically grew back into a thriving construction firm. We didn't just move our families; we moved our hand-picked, expert crews from Long Island to ensure that every project—from massive residential additions to our own growing rental portfolio—meets the spotless, professional standards our clients expect. We realized that our love for the build and the drive for business growth was simply part of our DNA.
